Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum-mop combinations can be customized using an app that can save your home's maps, set cleaning schedules and select mopping modes. You can also alter the suction power, as well as how much water your mop consumes.

A mapping feature aids your robot navigate through rooms and obstacles, while an obstacle avoidance function will stop it from hitting wires, furniture, or even stray pet toys. These are essential features to have in my house, stuffed with toys scattered around.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the top-of-the-line vacuum and mop, is loaded with features. It can sweep and mop simultaneously, and can even lift its mop pads or brushes to ensure that soft surfaces don't get too wet. It can also see and avoid obstacles, with the ability to recognize pets plants, small objects.

The robotic vacuum has a suction power of 6,000 pascals which is higher than any other robot vac we've tested to date. It is also equipped with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation to track its location, preventing it becoming stuck on objects.

The mopping capabilities of the S8 Pro Ultra are also impressive. It can continuously apply pressure to the pad that is over 6 Newtons for a thorough clean. It also has a mop lifter system which lifts the pad automatically when it transitions between tile and laminate or hardwood flooring, as well as carpet or rugs, in order to avoid soaking soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing, and self-drying features. The pad can be used for rinsing and drying in the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty and return to the dock. This means you can just put it away and forget about it, only needing to replace the dust bag or refill the water tank every now and then.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion battery of 5,200mAh. I ran it on its normal vac and mop settings for about 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to run low on power and return to its base for a recharge. This isn't too far off of the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is in line with other hybrids I've tested.

This is a very well-rounded and capable product, with its only downsides being that it's pricey. Its sheer number of features makes it a very attractive option for anyone looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. We highly recommend this model when you can justify its price.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a premium combination. Its premium price tag is justified by its impressive feature set, which includes an impressive vacuuming capacity as well as two gyrating mop mops. It also includes an app-based, smart controller and a mighty obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros which is one of the highest robotic vacuum and mop combos on the market. In my tests, it performed very well across the home. It removed 98.4 percent of the debris on all types of floors and was able to lift hair that was long without getting caught in. The mops also performed well, achieving excellent cleaning results with less effort than many mid-range models. This was thanks to their rotational movement as well as an effective dose of cleaning solution.

However, the L10S Ultra's main selling point is its innovative docking station that is multi-functional. The docking station empties the dustbin into a bag for dirt, then refills the water tank for mopping, and even dry mop pads. It is equipped with a real-time danger detection system, and its intelligent controls allow you to schedule periodic cleaning sessions.

The L10S Ultra does not offer better performance for removing carpet debris in comparison to the other hybrid vacuum mop I tried. Additionally the mops aren't adept at removing tough stains like those in the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra, which is the most expensive model. Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

In spite of the L10S Ultra's many high-end features, it still requires regular care and maintenance. Its base station needs to be cleaned as well as the dustbag and water tanks should be cleaned, emptied and dried regularly to avoid unpleasant odors and mildew. It is also important to remember that the mop pads which are purchased separately, will need to be replaced periodically too.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the money. If you're on a smaller budget, I would suggest an easier model that will allow you to save money while still enjoying the convenience of hands-free cleaning at your home. Even if the L10S Ultra was the best vacuum and robotic mop you could purchase but its price and ongoing maintenance would make it more an item to have than one that you actually need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop that you require to tidy up mess and clean dirt off your floors. This powerful robovac and mop combo packs a strong suction force of 8,000 Pa, an impressively large battery capacity for both vacuuming and mowing and top-quality obstacle-avoiding. It has a roller-mop that is self-cleaning, making it stand out among other models that require you to return to the base station to wash off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a big contrast to the microfiber pads and spinning discs of other robots. The roller is almost the entire width of the robot, and it gets a constant supply of clean, ozonated filtered water from the dock. When it turns the roller, it scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt, and any dry debris is picked up by the side brushes, or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro dumps mop water that is dirty into its base station, where it is sucked by the tank's heater elements, and then it is emptied into a bigger storage container. The tank onboard can hold a substantial amount of water, and can take on up to a dozen mopping sessions before being emptied out.

Like many robotic vacuums and mop sets, the S1 Pro is ready to come out of the box. The S1 Pro does need to be filled with clean water. This is easily done using the cleaning dock. You can also add a cleaning solution to the dock, in case you want to have the option of using your own cleaner. If you opt for this option however, you'll have to purchase the Eufy-branded cleaning solution, which is more costly than other robot brands that allow you to choose your preferred brand of cleaning products.

Like many robots that are available, the S1 Pro did well in accuracy in navigation and coverage tests. It was quick to map the space and navigated around furniture. It got stuck on carpets with thick piles several times during my tests. However this could be improved by re-updating the software. The S1 Pro is a very powerful robot that can be bought at a reasonable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's basic mop and vacuum, but it has some outstanding features. Its multi-function dock drains the robot's dirtbag and replenishes its water tanks, washing and sanitizing mop pads as they go.  robot vacuums uk  mopping system can be able to clean a large area prior to returning to its dock. The vacuum's extreme suction is great for picking up pet hair and other debris that accumulates on carpets.

The software that runs the appliance is quite dense, with a wide variety of options to personalize the cleaning process. You can manually clean every area that is that are mapped by this device, or select specific rooms, zones that can be expanded, or a routine you've developed. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It uses the sensors on the mop to map the area and determine the most efficient method to clean it.

Like all the Roborock models we've examined, the Qrevo is a great performer in our tests. Its navigation system works well, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning them in a well-organized manner. Its 'Normal" pathing settings cover an area well, and doesn't leave any major gaps or missed areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance function works well too, but it is not as advanced as the color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can spot hazards such as thick carpets, but it may not always recognize smaller things such as rug tassels or electrical wires.

This machine has one major problem: it doesn't have a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who vacuum a lot before using their robot. There's a simple solution to this issue: The app offers an option that lets you "clean up" at the conclusion of each session. This allows you to use the mopping feature of the vacuum to eliminate the last traces of debris and dust that are left behind by your vacuuming. It's a nice touch, and it helps the robot to make its clean better than its less expensive competitors.
